Last night, on a whim, I went out and bought two pints of my oh-so-beloved Ben & Jerry's. Half Baked and Coffee Caramel Buzz, to be exact. Deeeelicious and a special treat after a very busy weekend.
I knew it contained soy.
I knew soy makes me very sick.
I ate it anyway. (Just to clarify: Not both pints!)
And now I feel horribly rotten, especially since I am now forced to admit that my favorite ice cream in the whole wide world is no longer something I can eat.
Sadness.
I suppose I'm going to have get really really good at making my own ice cream now. Let the kitchen experiments begin! (Right after I start feeling better at least...) *sigh*
